Where does the AI run?
On AtlasAiDev’s own servers: open models (Qwen3) that we run ourselves. Your content and your visitors’ questions are not sent to an outside AI company.
Does it make things up?
It answers only from the passages it finds on your site and must name them. Before an answer leaves, prices and numbers are checked against those passages; if they don’t match, or nothing relevant was found, the visitor is told the site doesn’t say, with a link to your site search.
What happens when my free answers are used up?
The chat stays on the page and offers your own site search for the rest of the month. You are never billed for more than your plan.
Do I need WordPress?
No. WordPress and WooCommerce get a free plugin; any other website adds one script tag and we read its sitemap.
Do you keep what visitors ask?
No. Questions and answers are never stored; we keep only daily counts for your plan. The conversation stays in the visitor’s browser tab for 30 minutes.
How fast are the answers?
Usually a few seconds. A busy moment can take longer; the visitor sees that the assistant is working, and is pointed to your site search if it can’t answer.
